very good process. interviewed by Managing Director and Sales Director. Had three rounds followed by one interview in UK. It was good experience. Interview process needs to be more details and in depth. Not much stress on India market requirements. Company not aware of dos and don'ts. Was required to explain using flow chart and process chart. Steps required and important.
