Entretien
It was a relatively quick process, but with a lengthy interview with various competency based questions. There were well over 20 questions, which was fine but meant it was just a series of long questions and answers rather than a discussion about my experience.
Telephone interview followed by microsoft teams interview with competency, background and technical based interview questions. Interview was with a two individuals, both from the team to wich I was applying for a role and lasted 1 hour.

Entretien
Many stages of the interview process. I always Leave the interview feeling quite positive that I have answered every question to the best of my ability. However I have been unsuccessful three times now I’m struggling to understand why it’s so hard to seal the deal with Thames water. I don’t get negative feedback either. Super frustrating.
