Generally, it's an easy interview.
1 Round is a phone screen by the HR acquisition partner. Describe some background.
2 After the phone screen, there is online testing. Not too hard, combined with different types of questions.
3 If you pass the online round, two of the engineer with the future team leader, will do a video interview and ask a lot of tech questions, the range is big, from HTTP to database, nearly all the things you need to know about the development of the web application will tend to ask.
4 After the video interview, a take-home assignment is asked to finish. Not too hard, but you need to know a lot of the real-life production-level technology to make that perfect. Like, use docker-compose to run the stack with a DB.
5 BQ round with department manager. Normal round non-tech questions related, just behave like a normal will be a pass.

When arranging a date for the first round online interview, they allowed me to pick a public holiday so I did just that. But no one came. I sat there waiting for a full 30 minutes before I left. Afterwards, they clarified that the interviewer was on holiday and asked me to wait for new updates. There is no update ever since.
Completely unrealistic in terms of expectations, HR and Management left me with the impression that they did not really want to hire anyone. I was left wondering why they even invited me in the first place. Applied to a job that I currently hold in a another company, which ultimately seemed to confuse them as they kept talking about the complexities of a job in Thales, even to someone that is working within the sector.

Question 1
None in particular stood out, they seemed more interested in explaining the company than asking for any qualifications.
Phone interview first for communication and basic qualifications, then afterward a technical interview to evaluate problem solving and coding skills through live questioning. I heard back within a week of technical interview
