Submitted the CV and application. Received an email in early March about the Assessment Centre. Assessment Centre was pretty simple (introduction to the day, information about the company, group scenario and activity, technical and skills interviews). Part of the technical interview was delivering a presentation about a project I worked on, what skills I developed. Technical Interview questions were a little out of my comfort zone as Optics was an area I was somewhat unfamiliar with but the managers present helped try to keep me at ease and simplify things as much as possible.
