Took a long while for HR correspondence in some instances, wasn't a good start to a career hunt. Assessment day was only a small group and a vary fair and intimate process allowing you to raise any questions with other Thales graduates involved in your assessment process. Technical interview was held only with 2 members of staff, both of which were engineers themselves. It included a 10 minutes presentation with a 10 minute Q&A followed by a 40 minute technical interview.
