Hiring process consisted of meeting with stakeholders both locally and globally, a mixture of face to face and VC, interviews was both technical and competency focused, an online psychometric test was also conducted.

3 interviews very friendly environment and good communication skills and interesting interview dynamic . Meet the Recruiter , Manager and the offer. The offer was done verbally and negotiated. Really sorry for not accepting the offer

May past experiences and what where my expectations
Completed a personality questionnaire and intelligence tests on line beforehand. The interview was a "two hander" with recruitment and a senior HR person. I felt that I had been dismissed before I had even started in the interview meaning that the whole process was a waste of time. The senior HR person left half way through the interview leaving the internal recruiter to finish the interview alone.
I was promised that I would get feedback within two to three working days; however I heard nothing at all from them. Very disappointed.
