J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teya (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2022
Entretien
I have gone through 3 interviews, which were an initial hour-long screening call, then a case interview, and finally a cultural fit interview that was the last leg of the interview process. Although this company claims to be a startup with a tight culture, they have ignored my emails for over a month, asking for an estimate on when to expect news from them, both HR and a member of the team who was overseeing my interview process. It is very unusual and unprofessional in my opinion to ghost a candidate who completed a final round interview, which confirms a lot of the comments I have read on Glassdoor about how Saltpay's culture. Save yourself some time and apply for jobs that will actually bother giving you even a one-sentence rejection.

It really is not worth the time to interview for this company

Interview process was a bit of a nightmare to be honest. Spoke with 1 HR colleague who promised me a 1st round interview then ghosted me for a month. After chasing up, one of his colleagues then popped up and offered me a 1st stage interview, I was told it was a 2 stage process, the first would be a get to know you and a second would be a case study.
Although they asked me a case study Q in the first stage which was annoying as I wasn't prepared for it.
