Interview was over the phone. Very informal and laid back, managers had a general idea who they were speaking with and the qualifications of me as a candidate. There is an Human Resources representative as well as 1-4 program managers on the interview all who ask questions and rate responses. Can be asked to do a video interview at hiring manager discretion.
