There are no puzzle questions or trick questions. They will ask you about your prior work history and how that has prepared you for the position you are now seeking. They will ask you typical questions about major challenges you've faced and the steps you took to address those, they will ask you very general questions about their company that you can get off of their website. Most of the interview will be focused on you and your accomplishments.

Contacted over LinkedIn for a position. Did an initial video interview which went well. A week went by without hearing back, so I reached out to the person I interviewed with. This person said they'd get back to me but, after a week, I didn't hear back.
