I interviewed after talking to a recruiter at my university career fair. The recruiter gave me an interview for the next day. It was a straight forward behavioral interview. The interview itself was with 3 employees and myself. They asked pretty typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked some questions about my previous experiences.

You will get questions based on your resume. You will have room to talk about yourself. Toward the end there is time to connecting with the Interviewer and listen about the company.
