I volunteered to show them what I had to worked on, and what skills I thought might be useful. Then they gave me a little "test" which is typical in graphic design interview process. It was redesigning a web page. They gave me a good amount of time to do it, a couple of days. After I submitted that we had the final interview and they offered me the job.
