There was a Phone interview and then there was a Code review question, 3 interviews discussing experience including a culture interview. The 3 interviews were done by other senior software engineers that would have been my peers.

Entretien
Recruiter approached me on LinkedIn and I was intrigued. Then I had a 20 min over the phone interview. I was then asked to come in and had a terrible experience. First of all they were late and unprepared.

However, it’s important that candidates who give us their time are treated with respect and we will try to ensure that this does not happen again.
