This has to be the best interview process I have ever been a part of. Each step was clearly explained, and most importantly, timelines and expectations were set up front. I always knew what was coming next, who I would be speaking with, and what we would be covering. Every person was engaged in the conversation, respectful, and gave me all the time needed to ensure all questions were answered. The reverse interview process was a great addition to getting a better idea of what it’s like to work at the company. No part of the process felt like checking a box or wasting time. Kudos to everyone involved in the process.
