The store has open interviews every Wednesday for an hour and they are almost always hiring in different positions. People interviewing filled out the application on the spot and then met with one of the managers. If they liked you, then you met with another manager. I got a call several hours later that same night to be offered the job.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
