The interview was like literally less then 10 minute's. It wasn't hard at all. They asked me the usual typical interview questions. Then they would say that they'll call me back for a second interview if they were interested in hiring me. They never called me back
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
