I attended three interviews: 1st round meeting with the direct supervisor, 2nd round meeting to review my technical skills, and 3rd round meeting with other team members in the department. The actual interview process was set up well and scheduled promptly by the HR Manager. I was very displeased as I never actually heard from the company after the third round interview, even just to tell me "thanks, but no thanks". I sent two follow up emails and one phone call, and still never got a response. I was going to recommend two friends to apply for the position because their experience might be a better fit (the job has been reposted) - but now they have both decided not to apply as they were so turned off by the lack of communication I received after my third interview with this company. As I mentioned, it was disappointing, as they otherwise seem like a great workplace.
