Entretien
The process consisted of 3 interviews. The first was on campus with their IT recruiting team that consisted of actual IT professionals as opposed to an HR recruiter. The second interview was an online video interview. The questions were behavioral, but you were given the question, then one minute to develop a response and three minutes to answer the question. For the third and final interview I was flown to Dallas, given a rental car and hotel room. The process took two days and involved several networking activities as well as a dinner with the IT leadership team. The interview was the next day with two groups of managers who asked their own behavioral questions, but offered a lot of time to ask your own questions. We then ate lunch with the interviewers and went on a tour of the building. The who process took about 8 weeks, 3 of which were waiting to hear back from their HR representative.

The whole interview process with TI was very smooth, they focused more on behavioral questions rather than technical. Seem to care more about how well you can work with others.
