The worst I can tell you, you will be made to sit half-an-hour at least. I wasn't from the implementation background yet they asked me the questions on that. Before appearing in the interview I have told the HR who gave me this opportunity that I'm not from implementation, if they looking for the same then I'm not the right fit. He told me no, be prepared with whatever you do on your daily basis and the interview will be on those what you have mentioned in your resume. No, it was completely about implementation and optimizations, etc. This company has wasted my time. Really bad on their part.
