      Entretien

I applied at my University's career fair and I was set up for an interview the following morning. It was a 1 on 1 interview with a big focus on diversity. I was asked one technical question during this first round interview. "Do you know how stainless steel is made?" About 3 hours after the interview, I received an email saying that they would like to move me to the next step which was a phone interview. My interview was scheduled for the following week. The phone interview was a 2 on 1, and again focused on diversity. They also asked me specific questions regarding research I do at my University. It lasted about 45 minutes and I was told that I should get their decision in about a week After 1 week passed, I had not heard anything so I sent them a follow up email. I got a reply saying that they were experiencing delays with the interview process and they didn't have any additional information for me. About 2 weeks passed and I decided to send them another follow up asking when I might receive more information from them. They replied 2 days later saying "We don't have any new information for you." After another month of not hearing anything, I finally received an email that said "Thanks for your interest, but we're full."
