Meet up at a career day at my college. They did not have next day interviews though because they had to travel the next morning. I was told to apply for the job online.
Within a week I was asked to schedule a webcam interview. The worst part of this was the awkwardness of speaking to a camera not a person. The questions were basic behavioral, except if you prefer analog or digital.
Next was an hour long face to face webcam interview. I only had one interviewer and we mostly talked about my contribution to school and work projects. My classmates had to answer some general technical questions at this point (op-amp and coding questions).
Next they flew me out to Dallas for the final interview. We (small group) were able to meet with some of the current applications engineers at dinner that were in our position last year. They were very helpful in understanding the roll of the application engineer.
The next morning was the final interview. Made up of two 45 min interviews with several mangers/engineers. They asked us to bring a printed presentation about a project we worked on. This was mostly a conversation piece. I would familiarize yourself with the project in general, not necessarily practice a presentation word for word. Each applicant only interviews in two of the four rooms. Kind of odd not everyone gets the same interview experience even on the same day.
I heard that I had an offer within the week.
Everyone that worked there seemed so happy.
Straight forward interview process with both technical and interpersonal skills questions.
Couple rounds of interviews with different people before receiving an offer.
All the interviews were with people who were nice, respectful, and appeared to be engaged the entire time.

There were three interviews in the process. The first was an on-campus interview immediately following the career fair. The second was a webcam interview. Third was on site and included two rounds of interviews, each with two teams, with lunch and a tour.

Simple 3 round interview. First interview was through a web cam where you were asked 5 questions, given a minute to think about your response and than given up to three minutes for each response. Second interview was with a TI manager through a web cam where they discuss the program and ask some behavioral and some technical questions. I was granted an opportunity to fly to Dallas for the third round of interviews where you spend two hours interviewing. You interview with two managers for one hour and interview with two other managers for the second hour. They ask you to print out a power point of a project that you have worked on and basically they want to see how well you can explain it and how deep your knowledge goes about something you have invested a great amount of time in. After the third interview they let me know that I did not get the job. They are very fast in responding to let you know your status as they got back to me within 2 days of each interview.
