Interview started with a short Phone Screening. Next step was behavioral interview with hiring manager and a team member. after behavioral part, I was asked some technical assessment questions. last you will be allowed to ask questions to the hiring manager and team member. Worst part, I wasn't given a decision at all and hiring manager ignored my emails. Extremely unprofessional behavior coming from a big corporation like TI. Please respect people's time they take to prepare for interviews and give them some feedback.
