Entretien
The interview was with several managers of different sections. All fabs (at that time) functioned fully independent of each other so it was possible to interview with different managers for different sections within the company. Part of the hiring process was a battery of test to determine elgibility for open positions.

Entretien
It was a fairly relaxed interview with the main interest and questions revolving around around how I would handle certain situations and how I would get along with the other technicians I would be working with. It certainly seemed like in both interviews they were talking to me as peers, which made it feel fairly casual.

I was interviewed by two engineers and one senior technician. Was quite a while ago, so I don't recall everything that was discussed. Seemed fairly standard really. Had to take a pretty lengthy test first. Only went through one interview, then received an offer over the phone two days later.

Question 1
The one thing I remember clearly was when the engineer took me into the test floor and made a sweeping motion toward the equipment. He said "all these machines do the same thing, they make money." I replied, "except for the ones that aren't working, that's where I come in." He really liked that answer.
Again, the rest of the interview was standad fair. Nothing difficult, and no "gotcha" questions.
