J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Texas Instruments (Tempe, AZ) en mars 2017
Entretien
Asked behavioral, technical, and resume based questions. Described the position I was applying for, what they did, and allowed me to ask questions. The interview was very relaxing and they helped anytime I got stuck on the technical questions.
The interview process was an on campus interview first round which was mostly behavioral questions. The first round was fairly easy with questions that were mostly looking for someone well rounded with both grades and extracurriculars. My interview was for sales since that was what the rep recommended me, but i let them know i wanted to be a applications intern. They were very accommodating and sent me to the next round. The second was a interview through HireVue.

The behavioral portion of the process consists of two steps, the first one was an on campus interview with the recruiter or even an actual engineer (my case). During the interview he asked me basic questions about my resume, and standard stuff about strengths and weaknesses. The guy interviewing me was quite friendly, and he seemed genuinely interested. A week later I was contacted by the recruiter to set up a recorded video interview. That part was odd to say the least. I was given a link to their website, where I was given standard behavioral questions and then was given 45 seconds to prepare an answer, and then answer it to the webcam with a two minute maximum. Once you finish with a question or run out of time, a next page pops up, and you do the same thing again.

Question 1
Just answering questions to a webcam without a person on the other side is pretty unusual, so if you have time, record yourself answering basic questions, and practice being as natural as possible.
