Entretien
It was the weirdest interview; they were quiet and didn't ask much. I felt a bit uncomfortable as it seemed they didn't have a clear direction in terms of what they wanted to ask. Despite this, I made an effort to share my experiences and skills in detail, hoping to provide them with a comprehensive understanding of my qualifications for the role.

There was a delay in hiring process due to pandemic. I had to reach out to confirm they hadn’t filled the position after a month. Interview scheduling was straight forward. First interview was by phone conference. Very friendly and comfortable, intersting questions and conversation. Second interview was video conference. Group setting. Again, very interesting conversation about legal practice instead of standard script questions. Overall great experience.
