I interviewed while I was a spine fellow. Initially I interviewed by phone to see if the job was right for me and get a feel for the work environment. Then I flew to Dallas for several one-on-one interviews and a group dinner/social interview. I received the offer approximately one month later in person at NASS conference, and I accepted within another 30 days.
