Applied online followed by HR phone screen. Then had phone screen with hiring manager in Israel (was supposed to be a video interview but HR did not send link for video interview). Then was brought in for onsite interview by several managers in department which lasted about 6 hours. I followed up with HR contact twice and no response for 3.5 weeks. Then was told that decision was made to promote internal candidate to position and see how he would do. What a huge disappointment and waste of time. What about just doing that in beginning instead of wasting my time? How unprofessional.
