J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teva Pharmaceuticals (Redwood City, CA) en févr. 2016
Entretien
I came in for a full day interview, had a short conversation with the hiring manager who was very kind and welcoming. I later gave a talk which from the feedback I got went great. Afterwards I met with large majority of the scientists on site and talked about my previous research as well as their work. I also met with the their office manager and the my manager's manager. All seemed to be going very well. Lastly, we concluded that they will let me know at a certain date couple of weeks from the interview as they were waiting to interview a second applicant. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

Pre-screen phone conversation with a recruiter, follow up Teams interview with hiring manager then on-site 3 hour succession of interviews with managers and lab staff.
I thought the interview on-site went really well but I was subsequently ghosted by the company. No word either way on a decision. I find this completely unprofessional and selfish but honestly, if that’s how they are as a company, who’d want to work in that culture? I took a job offer elsewhere.
