Got an email to do an introductory call over Zoom. The first time, got cancelled on 5 minutes after the interview was supposed to start. After rescheduling, got another Zoom meeting. Was asked one question about my interests, and then they sent me a live coding challenge link with no warning. Then the meeting was ended with no further questions. Also didn't provide any introductory info about the company or the role. Not what I expected in an introductory call, and the way we are treated as candidates is generally a good predictor for how we would be treated as employees.
