The interview was in person (even during covid times) with me and 3 managers. Only one manager asked 3-5 technical questions about my past job functions and master's thesis. The other two managers were focused on asking behavioral questions and sharing what the company culture is like. It was a reasonably casual interview for a technical position and took about 1.5 hour to complete.
