It took four interviews to get hired for a job that was created. The whole process took, for me, took over over 5-6 months. The vice President was let go 4 months later and I was transferred to another supervisor, a Director who didn't know what to do with me, and offered little support.

Met with HR staff, senior management staff, and several office employees. The process was very informative on the position available. I liked the team chemistry that appeared within the offices.

The process was accommodating and comfortable. The interviewer was very personable and interested in my goals related to employment with the company. He was also attuned to my desire for part-time employment and emphasized the company's commitment to workload and schedule flexibility.
