Tetra tech reached out to me after I met them at my university career fair. They were very proactive in recruiting me and made me feel very desired as a potential candidate for employment. When I came into the office for my in-person interview they continued to show interest in me and presented themselves in as professionals while still coming across as personable and approachable. I felt very welcome and optimistic about the possibility of my future with the company as a young engineer who was excited to begin their career.
