Video interview with AI system company. Even though it was stated AI is not used it seems weird to search for the video interview company and mainly get results about its use of AI. The company is also used as an example of bad AI ethics. The remaining interview process is good, but this part should be reviewed. A tip is also to investigate how the system judges people beforehand.

The interview process is not transparent, the hiring manager shows no respect to the interviewee. Do not recommend this company if you would like to be treated as their hiring KPI and get ghosted.

Three interviews Hr, Hiring manager, Business case All interviews were on-site and people were calm, open-minded. What strike me most was the office and the fact that t he company was clean and big. Beside this, they were not tough technical questions but rather open.
