Brief phone screening. Group assessment with three other candidates: brief presentation of the company and the Modena factory then a self presentation of the candidates. After this a role game with a real situation to manage and at last a face to face interview with a manager. The entire process was quite pleasant, with a useful feedback about the group assessment that helped me with understanding how to behave in other interviews and group assessments.
