The HR screening round was smooth and well-structured. The recruiter was polite and asked relevant questions regarding my background and alignment with the role. However, I feel recruitment processes today lack transparency and follow-up. Despite a good conversation, I never heard back, which unfortunately makes candidates feel ghosted after investing their time.
