Process was lean and clear. General interview with HR, followed by department lead.
Had the opportunity to also speak with the founders and get their insights about what they're looking for.

Entretien
The TestDevLab interview process typically begins with an initial HR screening to discuss your background, motivation, and availability. This is followed by a technical assessment—often a take-home task or live test—focusing on your skills in software testing, automation, or development, depending on the role. Next, you’ll have a technical interview with engineers or a team lead, where you'll discuss your solutions, tackle additional problems, and answer questions about tools and testing methods. A final interview with a manager may follow to evaluate your mindset, goals, and cultural fit. If successful, you'll receive a job offer or internship opportunity, along with feedback if not selected.

Entretien
Pretty straightforward, initially an HR interview then a technical interview. HR interview was to review the CV and then in the technical interview more technical scenarios were given to the interviewee to answer.
