Chat with recruiter about my background and talk about the role, then a short take home exercise (APIs) to complete, 1hr pair programming - going over the exercise and adding another endpoint. Last stage is a informal 30min chat with the CEO, mostly about general interests and hobbies for culture fit.
Recruiter Kylie was great, checked in and kept me up to date regularly, everyone was very friendly, and application to offer process was quick and smooth.
