I applied online November 2025. It was a long process since they make you submit a cover letter and answer questions about why you want to work for a non-profit, your passion for philanthropy, etc. I got a quick HR screening phone call 2 weeks later but never heard back. They ignored my emails asking for an update. Completely ghosted. Please respect applicants' time! Especially if you're putting them through a tedious process for below-market rate roles because "it's a non-profit".
