Makkelijk snel efficient vooral solicatie proces zelf alleen cv is voldoende, gesprekken volgen snel en updates ook. gesprek was eerst met HR en dan met verschillende managers van het team, ook zat er een teammember erbij die je vragen kon stellen. ze hebben duidelijke expectations

Was contacted by the recruiter and agreed to a non-binding introductory call. The initial call with some other recruiter was pleasant, they even shared the salary range. Haven't heard anything for more than 2 weeks, so reached out to them. Scheduled again the same call with the recruiter that initially reached out to me, this time the salary range went down by significant amount, and the number of the planned interview steps increased. Nevertheless, agreed to proceed to the interview with the hiring manager, which was cancelled and rescheduled 10 mins before the interview. The reschedulled talk was pleasant and easy, however they've mentioned that they expect you to work on the weekends too..After that interview, haven't heard anything for couple weeks, so reached out to HR, was given number of excuses and they promised to come back with the feedback and next steps. Overall, waste of more than 2 months, with very slow hiring process and no progress at all. This pretty much explains why the position has been remaining open for so long...
