Phone interview with internal recruiter. The interview process was pretty standard, however, the starting salary was lower than industry expectations and position was 100% onsite. Didn’t match what I was looking for at the time.

Recruiter reached out to me via Linkedin and requested for an initial phone conversation. The recruiter sounded very bored and very disinterested in the entire conversation. It sounded as if the person was very disgruntled and hated doing what she was doing. Additionally, the recruiter didn't provide an email ID to get back at, nor did any of her messages have a signature I could follow up on. No follow up questions or no updates post the interview, was kept waiting for a week or so before I followed up to get a negative answer.
