Screened by Tesla recruiter; up front they mentioned that position required flexible work hours, nights & weekends; its more of a contract position with zero health care benefits (25 to 30 hours per week). As most would need benefits unless using spouses, etc.; many aren't necessarily in a position to consider this type of position --- wanted to post this as some may not be aware before they apply; their F/T positions so provide benefits from day one.
