Entretien
3 rounds of interviews. 1st round was with a recruiting engineer and just asked about my previous experience on my resume as well as some behavioral questions. 2nd round was with a Sr Engineer who was a lead on a program. Was asked about previous experiences, why I wanted to work for Tesla, and then some technical questions. 3rd round was the same as the 2nd.

Question 1
Was shown a stress strain curve of two different metals (steel, aluminum) and was asked to go in depth on the differences and characteristics in the two graphs and the describe what each characteristic meant. (youngs modulus, yield strength, ultimate strength, etc)
2 rounds. both with one engineer. very resume review and technical question heavy. Asked a lot of typical materials and beam deflection/stress-strain questions. Try to answer confidently as best as possible. Passed first round but second round threw me off and wasnt as confident.

Both interviews had similar technical and behavioral questions as content
1 screen phone call, 2 technical interviews, offer, seems process differs heavily between teams, some teams less interviews but mostly similar to this process. recruiter reaches out first, coordinates all the calls with members of the team
