The first interview will be over the phone, if another is confirmed, it will be face-to-face in a group interview. straightforward questions to every person. they will let you know immediately or send an email after a couple of hours.

How would you solve an issue with your supervisor?
Great, the process was quick and easy. First with recruiter then onsite group interview, 4 people with a hiring manager. Questions were mainly about yourselves. Understand Tesla's mission is a brownie point.
The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person

Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
