A few HR's followed by a case study assignment. I presented the analysis a few days after and was asked to provide my presentation documentation after they abruptly ended the meeting. After following up - instantly received a no-reply rejection.
Started with 30 min recruiter conversation. Then 30 min with hiring manager. After that, it's another 30 min interview with a Staff level team member. Finally onsite panel is a 30 min presentation, plus 6 rounds of 1:1
A recruiter screen -> hiring manager interview -> 1/1 cross-functional peer interview -> 15 min presentation -> panel interviews (4). Fairly straightforward throughout, moved through the steps in about a month to offer.

Received verbal offer 2 days after onsite. Tried to negotiate for leveling.
Recruiter asked for an additional round of 1:1 with a high-level executive. Agreed to interview the next day.
The next day, a few hours after the interview, recruiter communicated that the offer was WITHDRAWN.
Recruiter said hiring manager decided to hire more senior candidates.
