Got a call from a recruiter 2 months after I had applied. Had a 30 minute conversation (screening). The recruiter was very helpful and gave great advise. Next round was a technical one. Fairly tough. Lasted over 45 minutes on the phone. All-in-all, a good interview.

1) Applied Online via tesla's career website for Supply Chain Co-op position by April end. 2) Emailed Recruiter on the same day of submitting the application. 3) Scheduled an interview with the recruiter a week from submitting the application. 4) 2 weeks later, a hiring manager contacted me and scheduled an interview. 5) Waited for a month and finally got a reject.
