I had a phone interview. The day I was supposed to get the call I received a text about 2 hours after my original call time saying they were running behind and will call me the next day. The next day I waited and didn't receive a call but a text saying that they were behind again and that they would call me in 30 minutes. It was about an hour before they called me. The phone guy who interviewed me ended up being my first supervisor there. The call cut off about 4 times during the interview and I was wondering if the was a legit person from Tesla. He asked me a few questions but mostly if I had looked up anything about the position. I had and told him what I saw though me research. Basically he said that since I looked it up that that was good enough to pass my name on... I got hired. It was not very professional in my opinion but I got into the factory.

Question 1
Do you know anything about this position? Tell me about pervious work experience.
Great, the process was quick and easy. First with recruiter then onsite group interview, 4 people with a hiring manager. Questions were mainly about yourselves. Understand Tesla's mission is a brownie point.
The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesla (Fremont, CA)
Entretien
Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
