J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesla en nov. 2014
Entretien
Within 2 weeks, there were two phone interviews and one on-site interview. The phone interviews were pretty straight forward. First, the recruiter identified me as a match. Within a week, I talked with a technical hiring manager, and, shortly after the interview on the same day, they invited me to come on site. There were a technical presentation and 3 face to face interviews, each one with one or two people, including technical managers or engineers. They want to know how you think and solve problems and how well you align with the culture of the company. It was pretty evident how they would let me know that people there have really long hours, which added to the commuting time resulted in my declining the offer. When I asked a manager what one of his biggest challenges has been recently, he did not hesitate to inform me "recruiting the right people."
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One of the hiring managers asked me to build a structure out of limited resources on site in a two-minute period.
There was some what disorganized communication between the HR recruiter and the Hiring Manager. HR said interview will be over one set of topics. Hiring Manager interviewed over another set of unrelated topics.

Took a test before the interview. Nothing crazy if you have done circuit design before. Everything is easy to look up as well so it seemed more just a filter for candidates who dont know much
