Took 2 months after an initial interview and then a panel interview to send me an automated rejection - recruiter also ghosted for those 2 months. Overall very slow processing time and completely unreachable hiring team.

A recruiter reached out to me for a phone screen. Relatively straight forward so then proceeded to do a pretty lengthy take home assignment. I've done a lot of these before and spent a lot of time doing it. The recruiter messed up scheduling a couple of times but finally presented the case to the HM. Never heard back - which is extremely telling and a horrible look, especially since I had spent so much time on it. Two other off-putting things: 1) The recruiter said the hours were super long / tough and everyone worked on "elon time" 2) The HM said this wasn't like "other" APM roles and there would be little time for guidance.
Two interviews total
One with organization manager and another with direct hiring manager in phone interviews.
Product sense, product execution, behavioral, and project management.
Very fast paced interviews ~10 questions in 30min.
