A recruiter reached out to me with the opportunity and job description. I said I was interested, we set up a phone screen. Phone screen went well, and was waiting for the on-site , when she wrote back saying they ready capacity for that role. I interviewed and wasted my time for a role that wants even open!!!! The sad part is, I been apply for like roles ever since but I can’t even make it through to the phone screen. This place is clearly poorly ran and lack organization. Great company but at what expense

There was a recruiter who prepped me for the interview over the phone. She gave tricks and tips and then Tesla called me over video call. They generally did as she predicted and then gave me a website to do a trial test on. After I submitted, they called in two days to give an offer.
