I got two interviews the same day but not back to back, depending on which team you are interviewing for they change strategies. My manager liked to pressure interview but the technical questions werent too hard.

2 round interview with manager and group manager. very friendly and mostly behavioral/conversational interview. asked some general supply chain questions. a different role that i interviewed for was asked a lot more about my experience and was more technical to industrial engineering
