it was 2 rounds, 1st round was ok and passed, 2nd round was a lot difficult. As I was answering the questions correctly, it sounded like the interviewer deliberately started grilling me on topics that I dont have experience with because he wanted to hire someone with reference.

2nd round: questions on press lamination, vacuum forming, APQP, advanced GD&T questions, datums, cpk, ppk differences , diff between PC and PC ABS... really.. !

About 4 rounds of interviews: initial phone screening, 1 on 1 with hiring manager, panel interview and following up with a project presentation. I got to the 2nd round and ultimately rejected. They will dive deep into your experiences so be sure to know them like th back of your hand.
Normal panel interview and also with team members and managers as 1:1 overall it is very typical what you can expect and the process is very straightforward they will also ask some behavioral question
First, had phone screening to go over the role, team, and interviewing stages. Then, had a follow up remote interview with one of the team members that dived more into the technical aspects and expectations of the role.

The technical side of the interview focused heavily on PCBA industry standards and practices.
